Matthew Sitzer

Matthew Sitzer specializes in both real estate and start-up law.
For his real estate practice, Matthew represents clients in a range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, developments and joint ventures. Prior to joining the firm, Matthew was at a large New York City firm, where he had worked on an array of transactions involving all real estate classes – from urban high-rise developments to trailer park acquisitions.
In addition, Matthew has counseled and consulted for numerous startups, which included establishing foundational legal infrastructure, to facilitating seed financing rounds through multiple series of financings. Matthew has also assisted foreign companies expand their operations to the United States.
While in law school, Matthew spent four months as an associate at the Canadian Embassy in Tel Aviv (Israel), where he worked on matters pertaining to intercontinental legal issues in the field of real estate law.
